Jane & Georgia Give 2 Thumbs Up to The Brooklyn Star

Tonight, Jane, Georgia and Daddy had the chance to dine at The Brooklyn Star, an excellent restaurant. We were on a Festival walk-thru of the new Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg. (The kids took detailed notes of the various event spaces and were really impressed by the wood-paneled / dual-mirrored elevators). Afterwards, we decided to go meet Bill, who runs the Star and taste the food. It was truly 1 of the best meals I've had in months. Every dish was perfectly executed and packed with flavor. Not only did Georgia have her 1st Oysters here, but she had 3 Pig Tails and loved the Tripe Chili.  See our order below. And big ups to Bill for taking care of us.
