Grandy: We will miss you always...

Jane & Georgia's Great Grandma, Pearl Charney, aka Grandy, aka Billie, aka GG, aka Billie The Yid, died today at the age of 93. She had a long and amazing life. (She was born in 1918!) She was loud and funny...always crackin' jokes. Above all, she was most proud of her family...especially her grand children and great-grand children. Check out some pics of her w/ J + G below.

But my favorite is this one...don't ask me why, but one day, the kids were trying on all these bandanas, and so we put one on her. And then we noticed that between that and her hair, she had this Keith Richards look going...so we added more and more, until we finally achieved the finished look. I think it speaks for itself. Btw, she was laughing the whole time, having a ball...
